Changing Lives Together (CLT) cares about making a difference in the lives of local people and having an impact on the wider environment. They deliver innovative solutions for environmental and social challenges that improve the lives of local people, their environment and their wellbeing.
Their services include community groceries, surplus food distribution, family support, help schemes, community hubs retail and reuse stores, bulky waste collection, and wellbeing services (wellness support, buddy and befriending, and Men in Sheds).They also provide opportunities for training, volunteering, skill development and employment.
