Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY)
TWMH Trust is proud to be working in partnership with Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) to offer free heart screenings at TWMH for the younger people in our community. The next weekend screening event is taking place on 5th and 6th July 2025. Further information and booking details will be available shortly.
More about CRY
Cardiac Risk in the Young works to prevent young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research, and supporting affected families. The Screening Days identify cardiac abnormalities in 14 to 35-year-olds and involve an ECG in the first instance. Anyone with an abnormal ECG on the day will also receive an Echocardiogram followed by a full cardiac evaluation.
