Living Well Service Bus

The Living Well Service Bus is coming to TWMH.....

• Thursday 4 September 2025, from 10.30 am to 4.00 pm
• No appointment necessary – just come along to the hospital car park
• Physical health checks which may include blood pressure, pulse, cholesterol and BMI
• Mental wellbeing health checks including direct referrals to Talking Therapies
• Routine NHS childhood and adult immunisations
