TWMH Trust is here to benefit the health and wellbeing of the local community at every stage of life. We work in partnership with others and offer funding support to enhance health and social care services, going above and beyond what the NHS provides.

One of our key objectives as a Trust is to actively listen to our communities. Your feedback will help us understand local needs and priorities and how we can best support you.

Pick up a hard copy at the Vintage Charity Shop or Tarporley Hospital reception and leave your completed survey in the collection box at either location
