End of Life Partnership (EOLP)

We're excited to be funding a new project with End of Life Partnership, delivering Namaste sensory care sessions for people living with dementia. Sessions are available either in a local community group setting or through one-to-one care in care homes.

A big thank you to Tarporley 41 Club for their generous donation to our Trust, which went towards this project.

EOLP believes everyone deserves compassionate, personalised end of life care, spent somewhere safe, comfortable and familiar. Working across Cheshire East and West, they deliver award-winning, engaging education that builds the skills and confidence to care for someone nearing the end of life, whether in a hospice, hospital, care home or their own home. They also help people feel more able to talk openly about death and dying, and to share their wishes with those close to them.
