End of Life Partnership (EOLP)

We were proud to previously fund End of Life Partnership to deliver a series of local courses supporting carers looking after people nearing the end of their lives.

Based in Crewe, EOLP believes everyone deserves compassionate, personalised end of life care, spent somewhere safe, comfortable and familiar. Working across Cheshire East and West, they deliver award-winning, engaging education that builds the skills and confidence to care for someone nearing the end of life, whether in a hospice, hospital, care home or their own home.

They also help people feel more able to talk openly about death and dying, and to share their wishes with those close to them.
